Thankful for  Toby Harrison  for capturing my Pro Debut on Stage in LA this past April. It is always amazing to look back at the progress made and how you look on stage. I will say, practice makes perfect and sometimes you aren't thrilled with what you see, but for some of you that may not know my Prep for my Pro Debut was one for the books. 40 days out from my show I was diagnosed with severe pneumonia, the flu and had 18% oxygen level. My body lost appetite and I literally did not eat for 4 days. With a month out from my show I had officially lost 10 pounds on muscle/weight. Never once did I consider that I simply wasn't going to do the show. I am so blessed for the experience and expanding my  WBFF Family  

➸It is OFFICIAL➸ I have been blessed to be chosen as 1 of the 12 "Girls of WBFF" for  Status Fitness Magazine  "GIRLS OF WBFF" CALENDAR 2019. Status is the elite for fitness magazines and to represent The WBFF  with my title as WBFF Fitness Diva Model Professional in their calendar is a dream come true! Can't wait to see who else will be chosen for this.. with the amazing  Ali Sohrab  who will be shooting all of us ladies together. The World's show for the WBFF in Vegas is going to be for the history. Having the best of the best from all over the WORLD in one room, just WOW!  Well done Paul & Allison!

Yesterday's workshop in Smyrna at the Titanz Gym  was wonderful. We had a terrific turnout of about 15 men and women! Since The WBFF LA show it has been a whirlwind of photo shoot , backstage photo edits and today I received my edits from I will say most likely one of the most memorable shoots I will ever have based on merit. We will call this the “TURBO SHOOT” Thank goodness Ali Sohrab, Sidney Vargas my MUA and fitness magazine are SO amazing because seriously this would have never, and I mean never come together without such seasoned professionalism and mastery of each of their arts. Sidney saved my life that morning coming to the rescue for shoot #1 and then literally we drove from downtown LA to Long Beach in the middle of the day to wipe off and re do my hair/makeup for Ali. Thankfully he was also at the host hotel a couple floors up, BUT he had to catch a shuttle at 4pm to fly out of LA and Sidney had to make me perfect as that’s what she does <3. Needless to say, we didn’t have time on our side and as I was texting Ali at 3:30pm I was on my way to his room, his assistant was callin
