Welcome to my new Fitness Blog.. This is a place of no judgement and honesty. What you see if what you get with me, you can take it or leave it. But just know I am one of the most hard working, determined women you will ever come across that loves to a fault and protects her own with all she has.. Yes I also speak in 3rd person and if you ask my sister (the PHD student) Professor Flora Anthony the one who has the book smarts you will quickly see who plays what role in our family. I am going to jump you all into my WBFF career about half way through, as we go through this journey you will learn more about me here on this blog. I have discovered Instagram is my favorite format of communication within my fitness part of my life but I never get to truly express myself. I am excited to display hard work of my shows, photo shoots, show you all journeys to how I got to different stages in my life and what it took for me.
