Turbo Shoot Fun with Ali Sohrab & Status
Since The WBFF LA show it has been a whirlwind
of photo shoot, backstage photo edits and today I received my edits from I will
say most likely one of the most memorable shoots I will ever have based on
merit.
We will call this the “TURBO SHOOT”
Thank goodness Ali Sohrab, Sidney Vargas my
MUA and fitness magazine are SO amazing because seriously this would have never,
and I mean never come together without such seasoned professionalism and
mastery of each of their arts. Sidney saved my life that morning coming to the
rescue for shoot #1 and then literally we drove from downtown LA to Long Beach
in the middle of the day to wipe off and re do my hair/makeup for Ali.
Thankfully he was also at the host hotel a couple floors up, BUT he had to
catch a shuttle at 4pm to fly out of LA and Sidney had to make me perfect as that’s
what she does <3. Needless to say, we didn’t have time on our side and as I
was texting Ali at 3:30pm I was on my way to his room, his assistant was
calling me saying she was at the door for me. Another perk is that my OCD self
had pre-packed outfits for photoshoots, so I just threw “Ali’s shoot outfits”
into a freshly tossed suitcase and hauled butt upstairs leaving poor Sidney to
pack up with my Mom in my room. I got upstairs and within 5 minutes we introduced
ourselves, picked out an outfit and were already into frame 1.
I was so worried Ali was going to be
upset that time was just flying by, but it turned out so opposite. Ali was so
thankful that we took the time we did to make sure it was perfect, and it reflected
in the photos because they are simply amazing. WOW

Here are some teasers from the shoot and I will post more,
but I couldn’t be more obsessed with how these shoots ended up.
